Go to [www.parentsquare.com](http://www.parentsquare.com) and sign in to your ParentSquare account.
In the top left-corner, you will see your child(ren) as well as the school you are currently logged into.\ \ **If you need to go to a different building to see your appointments, click "Switch Schools".**
Towards the top right-corner, click the **gold and white Advanced Search** button next to "Search Posts".
Click the box under **Post Includes.**
      Click "**Request Volunteers**".
      Click "**Search**".
You will see a list of all of the teachers' Parent-Teacher Conferences posts that have been sent to you. Click on the title of the teacher's post that you are looking to meet with.
Click the sentence that is highlighted in gold that states, "**click here to join my Google Meet**."
The teacher's Google Meet will open in a new tab. Please ensure you click **Allow microphone and camera**.
In the top left of your Google Chrome browser, click "**Allow**".
Click inside of the box under "What's your name?", and type in your first and last name.
Click "Ask to join". Google Meet only allows you to click "Ask to join" a total of 2 times. Your child's teacher will allow you into the Meet at the time of your appointment.
At the end of your appointment, click the red and white phone icon at the bottom of your screen to end your meeting so the teacher can proceed to his/her next conference.
Go back to your ParentSquare tab and repeat this process for your other virtual conferences.
