How to Join a Telemedicine Appointment

Before your appointment, make sure that you have Zoom installed on the device. If you are not already using this app, it will automatically download when you launch your first telemedicine appointment.
Navigate to your email inbox.
Search for "Telemedicine Appointment with BestMind".
You will receive an email from BestMind Behavioral Health to access the telemedicine appointment. The email will include the date, time, meeting URL, and unique visit code for your appointment.
Click the appointment link in your email.
Click "Join Session"
Click "Join"
Your session will now launch in Zoom, which you downloaded earlier.
Tip! Click on the “mute” arrow in the lower-left corner of your screen to unmute or mute your microphone.
Your visit is now in session!
