Click "Sales"

Click "Customers"

Click List view for easier viewing.

Select Store Location

Select Person who's Customers list your wanting to view.

Click last contact to view most recently contacted.

Click "Last Contact" another time to see the outermost contacted.

Select the customer you are contacting.

Click "More" on the right hand side of the customer card.

Click "Calls"

Here you will see all the times the customer was contacted. Click "create" to log a new call.

Fill in the Call summary and be sure to click channel to log which way the customer was contacted.

Select Channel

Click the "Contact Method" to show method of contact.

Click the "Description..." field and add any other details about the interaction.

Click "Save"

Click "Call Done"

You have now successfully logged a call. These steps also include Email, In-person, and outside visits. Anytime you have contact with the customer, This is the best way to track interactions.
