Navigate to [https://nccumc-hl.mimas.opalsinfo.net/bin/home](https://nccumc-hl.mimas.opalsinfo.net/bin/home)

Enter the username and password that you received in the email.

Enter your current password and your new password.

Click "edit" to change your email address, phone number, or mailing address. This will ONLY change your HOME mailing address. If you prefer to receive packages at your church, your primary address will be blank. You will need to email ldallas@nccumc.org to update your church address if it changes.

Click "Account Info." This screen will show all of your items currently on loan and reserve, as well as items you have previously loaned.

Click "My Loans." This screen will show cover images of your items currently on loan and give you the option to renew them. You can ONLY renew items this way if they are not overdue. To renew your overdue items, email ldallas@nccumc.org.

Click "Renew" to renew each item. It will renew for the standard renewal period of 30 days and provide you with a new due date.

Click "My Request" to view items you currently have on reserve and items you have previously reserved.

Click "Cancel" if you want to cancel a reservation.
