How to Login to the Dyer & Blair Active Trader Platform

You will be redirected to the **Active Trader** Log in page

Input your username into the **"Login Name"** field

Input your Password in the **"Password"** field

Click **"LOGIN"** to access the Active Trader platform

If you **Forgot** your login credentials, Click **"Forgot Password?"**

In the **"Reset your password screen"** Enter your username in the **"Your user name"** field e.g. JOHN

Enter the email address **provided during account registration** in the **"Your email"** field

Click **"RESET"** and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. Use this temporary password to set a new password in the Login page

Input your Username in the "Login Name" field. **Check your email inbox** for an email from **"No Reply <[email protected]>"** , copy the temporary password in the email and paste it in the "Password" field.

In the **"Change Password"** screen, **Paste the temporary password** sent to your email inbox in the **"Current Password"** field.

Enter a New Password in the **"New password"** field. Your New password **should contain a combination of one alphabet and a number**.

Enter the New password set above in the **"New password confirmation"** field to confirm

Click **"Save"**

You will get the confirmation message shown below. Click **"OK"** and **re-login with the new credentials on the main Login page**

If you attempt to Log in with the wrong credentials 3 times, you will get the **"Account Locked"** error shown below

Click on **"Unlock My Account"**

In the **"Unlock your account"** screen, enter your username in the **"Your user name"** field e.g. JOHN

Enter the email address **provided during account registration** in the **"Your email"** field

Click **"UNLOCK"** and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. **Use this temporary password to set a new password in the Login page**
