Tip! These steps assume you are on the New Inbound Item Worklist and wanting to fax a document from there. However, the steps do apply to any transaction you select whether from a "Search" or other Worklists.

From the New Inbound Items Worklist, select the fax you want to send to the other department. Then choose the Quick Button "Send". If you do not have this quick button, you can go under "Actions" and choose "Send" from the drop-down.

The Send  pop up will show and you can choose not to include a cover sheet or not. Then choose the "Favorites" tab.

Scroll down and select the Departments Magic Fax Number. If you did not add this number to your "Contact" section under the "Setup", then you can choose the "Contacts" within the pop-up and add the number in the "additional destinations" area (see step 4).

Additional Destinations can be used if you did not add this number to your contact area under the "Setup" tab.

When finished, click the "Send" button at the bottom and the fax will be sent internally. If they use Trace, they will see it in their "Inbound Items Worklist"

Go back to your "New Inbound Items" worklist and select the transaction that you just faxed internally. Use "Clear from List" to remove the transaction from this list. 

Click "Clear From List" if you have this quick button set up. If you do not have the quick button, you can go under "Actions" and use "Clear from List" in one of the drop-down choices.
