How can you make a google form anonymous? You first have to go within your Google Drive and go into Google Forms.

Once you are in Google Forms, you click on the survey you would like to edit.

Once you are in the survey, click on "Settings"

Click on the arrow besides Responses.

Select "Do not collect" so that there is no registry on who answered the survey.
