Note:
If you want to enable dark mode for Google Sheets on a PC, you mus use ad-ons
Here are some popular options:

Type in your search bar the name of the ad-on you'd like to use

Press [[Enter]]

Click the result corresponding to Google's webstore. In this case, I'm choosing the first option "Dark Mode - Night Eye - Chrome Web Store"

Click "Add to Chrome"

When a pop-up appears, click "Add Extension"

Once the extension is installed, you'll see a pop-up indicating it has been added to Chrome

Open Google Sheets in your Chrome browser

Click the extensions pop-up button in the top-right corner
It is often shown as a jigsaw puzzle icon

Select the "Dark Mode - Night Eye" extension

In the extension menu, locate the power button and click it to activate the dark theme

To turn the dark theme off, click the extensions pop-up button
