How to Make a Chart on Google Slides

Sign in to your Google account and go to <https://docs.google.com/presentation>

Open your presentation or create a new one.

Click the "Insert" tab from the menu bar at the top.

Click or hover over “Chart”

Select the type of chart you like the most according to your needs. There’s also an option to add a chart from an existing Google Sheets document.

For this example, I selected to insert a Column chart.

Now, the chart is inserted in the slide.

Click on the inserted chart.

Click here to see ooptions.

Click Open source. A Google Sheets document will open.

Here is the column chart from Google Slides in Google Sheets.

Click on the three vertical dots.

Click "Edit chart"

A Chart editor will appear on the right side of Google Sheets.

You can edit the Setup from here.

You can also customize the chart according to your needs by clicking here.

After you have finished modifying the data and the design of your chart in Google Sheets, go back to Google Slides.

To apply the changes, click the Update button, located in the top right corner.
