How to Make a Purchase with Gorilla Marketing

Log in to [BruinBuy *Plus*](https://bruinbuyplus.ucla.edu/)
Select the **Gorilla Marketing** tile from the Home Shopping Dashboard's *Showcase*.

Search for your pre-approved sales order by typing the sales order number into the **Search** field in the top-right corner.

Once your order populates, all items connected to the pre-approved sales order, including product, artwork, royalties, and shipping / handling, will appear.

Select the desired product's line item and enter the exact quantity into the **Quantity** field. Each line item's quantity needs to be entered separately.
- **EXAMPLE:** If a you need to purchase 10 "Adult T-Shirts 2XL", you must select the associated line item within your pre-approved sales order and enter a quantity of "10".
For artwork, royalties, and shipping / handling, enter **"1"** into the quantity section before adding to your cart.

The "Set Up Charge" is automatically included when the product is selected. You do not need to enter a quantity.
**Users must go through the *Add to Cart* process for each item before checking out.**
Once all items connected to the pre-approved sales order are in the cart, select **Checkout** to punch back into BruinBuy *Plus* and generate a purchase order.
**NOTE:** The purchase order should match the sales order provided by Gorilla Marketing.
