To begin, open your workbook in Excel.

Click on the Column Header for the column you want to alphabetize.

Click "Data" form the top menu.\
Click the "Sort" icon to open a pop up menu.
You can just click on the "A-Z" icon for a quicker sort, but it will also sort your header if you have one.

Select "My list has headers" if you have a header you want to stay at the top.\
Click "OK" to close the pop-up window and sort your column.
