    How to Manage Purchased Subscriptions (for subscribers)

    Navigate to the My Account page

    Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link to see the subscriptions

    Customers can view the total number of their subscriptions, the number of active subscriptions, and the complete list of subscriptions. From there, they can also edit the details of their subscriptions.

    Customer can change the subscription details by clicking on the "MANAGE" button

    Customers can change the next billing date by selecting a date from the input field and then clicking on 'Change Date' to update it.\ \ Note: \ If cut off days is 3 days then the customer will not be able to select any date within next 3 days. The minimum date the customer can set as a new next billing date will be after the 3 days. \ \ Additionally, if the cut off days is 3 days, a customer can change their next billing date before the 3 days of current billing date.

    Customer can change the quantites of the products by clicking on the "Edit quantity". \ The "Edit quantity" can be disabled from the subscription settings.

    After clicking ont the "Edit quantity" customer can change the quantity of the products.\ After changing the quantity click "Save".

    Customer can change their address by clicking the "Edit Address".

    Customer can select the saved address from the displayed address and then click on the next button to select the shipping option

    After selecting the Shipping option customer can select the available shipping options to the selected address.

    To change the Billing information customer will recieve an email from Shopify when customer click on the "Edit Billing Information"

    If the approval request feature is enabled, whenever a customer changes the Next Billing Date, Quantity, or Address of the subscription, a request is created and sent to the merchant. The subscription will remain paused until the merchant either approves or rejects the request.
