    Navigate to [https://spamtitan.cazarin.com/](https://spamtitan.cazarin.com/)

    The Quarantine Tab

The system uses a single-sign-on option connected with the email server. Enter your company email address and the same email password. This is the same one you use to access Cazarin's webmail.
If you forget your username or password, go to your correct webmail server: [https://webmail.cazarin.com](https://webmail.cazarin.com) [https://webmail2.cazarin.com](https://webmail2.cazarin.com) Note: Cazarin has two email servers currently active, and each domain is assigned to only one server. Some companies may have a redirect established; you may try typing "webmail.[your company domain]" or "mail.[your company domain]" the domain will be something like "[mycompany.com](http://mycompany.com)".
If you have enabled Two Factor (2FA) you will be required to enter it always!
The Quarantine tab is usually the default tab after signing in.
Click on any of the messages listed to display the information, and view that message. You may also then choose the action for the message. You may also select messages using the checkboxes and then perform actions right from the list.
There is a question mark (?) icon at the far right of the screen that you can use to get more detail.
A pop-up box will display the Details to you. From here you may click "View Message", "View Source", or "Options" to change the view.

    The Filter Rules Tab

    The Settings Tab

The Options tab is where you can perform the actions on this specific message such as Release, Allow, or Delete.
Tip! What is the difference between "Release" and "Allow"? *Release* send the specific message to your mailbox. No rules are created to allow future messages. *Allow* sends the message to your mailbox and creates a rule for this sender to be allowed through automatically in the future.
Alert! The recommended method is to use the RELEASE option. The ALLOW option is commonly used where a sender is flagged as spam incorrectly and repeatedly. The system is designed to measure each message on it's own. When you RELEASE a message that was flagged as spam it does not prevent or block future messages from that sender. New messages may not be flagged because the content is different and is not "spammy". However, when you use the ALLOW option, this puts this sender on the White List, and all future messages whether spam or not will be released to you.
You may create or adjust "Filter Rules" on this tab and area. Note: These rules are specific to you and do not affect other users on your domain. Detailed help is again available with the ( ? ) icons at the far right.
The Settings tab has two sub-tabs: User Management : Where you can configure your Two-Factor Authenication (2FA). This page also has password area, but it is not used for our installation. We recommend you check the Quarantine Report Settings (see next step)
Tip! Change the frequency to "Weekday" to skip the weekends.
In the Quarantine Report Settings, you can choose the frequency of your report. The language (generally English), and what to include in the report. The default settings are: "English", "Day", and "New items since last report only"
Be sure to click on the "Save" button when you're done making any changes.
