How to Manually Add a Contact to Your Spark Account

Click the "Contacts" icon in the left toolbar.

Click "Add contact"

Enter your client or prospect's preferred first name and last name.

The birthdate is not a required field when creating a contact, but you can add it if it is available. You can also specify your client's language preference.

Enter at least one one piece of contact information.

Spouse information, address, Medicare info, and points of contact are not required when creating the contact. If you would like to enter any of these details, check the corresponding box to add the information.

To add an address, start typing in the client's address and then select the correct address from the dropdown list.

If you are entering the client's Medicare information, please be sure the details match their Medicare card exactly.

When you have entered all the information, be sure to scroll to the bottom and click on "Add Contact".

Here is an example of what the contact will then look like. Once you have your contact, you can continue your expected workflow with sending out information to them, adding their policy, or creating reminders.
