Navigate to [https://app.lawmatics.com/documents](https://app.lawmatics.com/documents)

Click "Send Document"

Select the Matter under Merge fields from

Optional: Set a deadline.

Set the deadline you would like your client to review and sign the attached document you are sending.

Click "Search client..." Make sure to select the matter, not the contact.

To use the email template, select "Use Email Template." To write your own message, click "Use Standard Email." Then, write your message in the text box.

Click "SEND"

Click here to drop down the status.

The status will update from pending to sent and "viewed" if the client has opened the document you sent.
