How to Merge Students in SIS Training Website

Click "Menu"

Click "System"

Click "Merge Student"

Click "Merge Students"

Click the "Student ID of Student to Retain" field.

Type in Student ID that you want to retain

Click the "Student ID of Student to Remove" field.

Type in the student ID of the Student you want to remove

Click this button field.

Review the students to make sure that this is really what you want to do. Then Click Merge students Button to merge the students

If you get an error, put in a ticket with our help desk to resolve. The student will not be merged until no errors appear. Once all errors are resolved process the student and the student will be merged. Please Note that even after the student has been merged, there may duplicate records for the student depending on what has been done. The Student will need to reviewed and any duplicate data will need to be removed.
