Enter your license plate state and license plate number.

Confirm that your account details look correct - including your Plan Level, License Plate, Monthly Price, and Next Billing Date.

Click the red pen button to enter your license plate state, if necessary.

If the search does not find your vehicle, check your license plate for commonly misread characters. For example, O is often read as 0. Try replacing those characters and search again.

Select your state from the list and tap 'Update'.

The system will verify your information in the next step.

Then, enter your vehicle details including Year, Make, Model, Body Style, & Color. Tap 'Next' when complete.

Your final step is updating your payment method on file. You will not be charged today, your billing cycle and recharge date will stay the same. This step ensures your account is fully set up in the new app system.

When your migration is complete, you will see a pop-up that looks like this. This means everything was successful, and you are ready to use your plan.

How to Migrate Your Plan to the App
