Esper is implementing a new Authentication integration and SSO configuration. During this process, you will need to set up your authentication details to log in to the Esper console through an email invite link. This will make Esper even more secure and easier for you to manage SSO across your organization. Follow the steps below to get on our new system.

      1. Accept the Email Invite

Look for an email sent by Esper [no-reply.esper.io](http://no-reply.esper.io). Do check your Promotions/ Spam folders.
Click on the link in the email.
If the user does not accept the invite within 7 days, it expires. Reach out to Esper Super Admin administrator to resend the invite at any time, or contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

      *What has changed*

If you were previously using both email/password and Google Auth interchangeably to authenticate, this will no longer be possible. Upon clicking the link, you will need to commit to one sign-in method moving forward, either email/password or Google Auth. Sign on with Email/password, go to step 3. Sign on with Google Auth, go to step 5.

      1.1 Sign on with Email/password

The invite email will be prepopulated, set up your password that meets the criteria. When done, click "Continue".
You have successfully signed on to Esper and fully migrated to our new SSO platform!

1.2 Sign on with Google Auth

      Click "Continue with Google".
Sign in with the invited Google email and click "Next".
You have successfully signed on to Esper and fully migrated to our new SSO platform!
Reach out to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if you have any questions. Visit [docs.esper.io](http://docs.esper.io) for more information.
