How to Move a Lesson Booking for a Profile

From the Lesson Calendar

Click "Lessons"

Click "Lesson Calender"

Double click on the lesson slot where the profile is currently in.

Click "Actions"

Click "Move Booking"

Click here and choose the last lesson date that they will be in the old class.

Add the lesson details of the new class that they will move to.

Add the date that they will begin in their new lesson slot (it should be the week after the last lesson date so that attendance makes sense)
From the Profile List

Click "Learners"

Click "All Learners"

Search their name

Click on their name.

Click the blue arrow next to their current bookings.

Click "Move Booking" and follow the same process.
