Search for "evaluations and related service referrals" and click "Evaluations and Related Services Referrals"
Consider adding this report as a favorite by using the star icon in the upper right corner of the report.
Click "Evaluations" page.
Adjust the Ticket Create Date if needed.
If you wish to filter for a specific type of evaluation, click on it from the Evaluation Type dropdown menu.
To search for a specific student ID, use the dropdown menu or search for the individual ID number.
You can also filter by Ticket Status.
Scroll to the end of the data table to see the date that the ticket was closed and the name of the evaluator assigned.
