Click "Create Master Booking" in the top right hand corner.

Start typing the Business Unit (Court) you wish to create the booking under.

Click the "Requested By" field.

Select the user who is requesting this booking to be created, if you are creating a booking on behalf of someone else. Otherwise, please select your name.

Click "Create Booking"

Click the "Select service type" field.

Select the Service Type

Click the appropriate Appointment Type.

Click the "To Language" field and start typing the language you require for this booking.

Select the language.

Click on "Add Appointment"

Select the date(s) of the appointment

Select the start time in hours and minutes.

Select the end time in hours and minutes.

Click on "Add Appointment"

Select the onsite contact name.

Enter any mandatory reference details.

Click on "Save Booking"

Click on "View Booking"
