Navigate to the Airtable Form View You've created
Click "Weekly Check-Ins"

Click "Share form"

Double-click this text field.
Press [[cmd]] + [[c]] to COPY

1. Paste your Form URL you've copied in the previous step, and on a notepad (or your browser) paste the URL.
2. At the end of the form URL, paste this:
"?prefill_Check-In%20Type=Weekly" (without the quotes)
Tip!
Paste the entire link to your browser, and you should see the form with Check-In type automatically selected
