How to Prepay for an e-Service on TTBizLink

This user guide outlines the steps for an applicant to create a Prepayment Request on behalf of an organisation on TTBizLink. Once the request is approved by the relevant agency, the applicant can then use the Drawdown payment option on applications within that Organisation.

Creating the Prepayment Request

From your Dashboard, click on the "Prepayment" menu link.

ALERT! The Prepayment is submitted on behalf of the Organisation that you are logged in with. From the dropdown list, select the e-service that you wish to prepay for.

Other e-services for which the Prepayment can be used for, the relevant agency, and the Orgnisation's *Current Balance* are displayed.

Enter the required information and click "Submit".

The *Prepayment Request* has now been submitted to the relevant agency for processing.

Checking your Current Balance on an e-Service

From your Dashboard, click on the "Prepayment" menu link.

From the dropdown list, select the e-service that you wish to check.

The relevant agency and the Organisation's *Current Balance* for the selected e-service are displayed.

Once the submitted *Prepayment Request* is approved, the *Current Balance* will be updated.
