Open the client's return you want to print.
      Click "View/Print".
Select the pages you want to print via checkmarks. Note that you don't have to click each individual page; you can click, for example, "Federal", "Miscellaneous", or the name of a state and Drake will then select all pages under that heading.
If you've selected a heading, and the returns are going to the client for review, it's probably a good idea to uncheck some of the pages. For example, we don't want to send clients our internal messages and notes pages since it will likely just confuse them.
Click the dropdown arrow to the right of "Print".
In the dropdown menu that pops up, click "Print Selected Form(s) to PDF Document".
Click "Print" in the box that pops up.
On the left pane, click "LoganAllecCPA_327984 (\\data2003k\tsdata2003$) (I:). You can also rename the file if you'd like.
A PDF of the return will appear. This PDF is *not* yet on your local desktop. Click the "X" in the upper right to close out of it.
From your LOCAL browser (OUTSIDE of the remote desktop setting), navigate to [https://filemanagers1.rightnetworks.com/](https://filemanagers1.rightnetworks.com/)
Log on with your Right Networks username and password.
In the screen that pops up, click "Date Modified" twice to see the last file printed.
The file at the top should be the file you printed from Drake. Click it. Once you click it, the file will immediately be saved to your local computer (probably the "Downloads" folder) and open up.
There it is in Downloads. Now you can treat it like any other file on your computer.
