Download the [2025 Agenda Item Submission Form](https://nfaausa.com/files/2025-board-of-director-039-s-meeting-agenda-item-template-300424171141.doc)
Enter your State name (e.g. South Dakota) in this box.
Enter your State abbreviation followed by a dash to distinguish each agenda item you are submitting (e.g. SD-01; SD-02; etc.).
The rest of this table is for the NFAA Executive Secretary use only.
In the rationale, articulate your proposal in a logical manner; ensure it is complete, accurate, and grammatically correct.\ \ Example rationale: "To keep consistent with other archery organizations, we propose to change the maximum diameter of arrows to 9.3 MM (millimeters). This would apply to all divisions, all shooting styles."
Mark whether your proposed change is a New Item or a Revision of an existing rule.
Mark whether your proposed change applies to the NFAA Constitution, By-Laws, or Policy.
Add the page and article number your proposed change or addition would be added to (e.g. Page 29, Article II)
Add the section, paragraph, and item number (if applicable) your proposed change or addition would be added to (e.g. Section A, Para 6)
Under the proposed change or addition, it is best practice to include the existing wording in the constitution and the proposed change. For example:\ \ Current Text: 6\. Maximum arrow shaft diameter allowed in NFAA competition will be 0.422 inches, with point diameter not to exceed 0.425 inches. The shaft diameter will include any wrap placed on the arrow and will include the size of the nock and the nock insert. If the arrow wrap, nock, or nock adapter exceed 0.422 inches in diameter and are embedded in the scoring area of the target, the arrow shall not be scored and will be reshot. Proposed New Text: 6\. Maximum arrow shaft diameter allowed in NFAA competition will be 9.3 MM (Millimeters). The shaft diameter will include any wrap placed on the arrow and will include the size of the nock and the nock insert. If the arrow wrap, nock, or nock adapter exceed 9.3 MM in diameter and are embedded in the scoring area of the target, the arrow shall not be scored and will be reshot.
Tip! Outline any possible impacts, i.e., financial impacts. The example above would not have an economic impact on the NFAA. Adding a new shooting style would, however, because of the award costs spread throughout the multiple shooting styles and divisions at all of the NFAA events (National and Sectional).
