AEF - Registration process for AEF Membership Online 2025

Welcome to the membership registration process for the Alberta Equestrian Federation.

To start the registration click on "purchase your membership.

Select the profile you want to register. You can edit the profile information at this step if needed, then click on **Register**.

The system will automatically display the memberships available for that profile—adult or youth options, depending on the profile’s age.

If you’d like to add more memberships, do so after selecting the AEF membership

Once all desired memberships are selected, click **Next**.

To complete the registration, you must fill out the information survey. Please note that all questions marked with a red asterisk (\*) are mandatory.

If you do not refer to an individual, club, or business member, please select the **"No" option**.

If you refer an individual, club, or organization, you can receive a **$5 credit** toward next year's fees.\ Simply select the appropriate option from the **drop-down menu**.

To search for your referral identity, simply type the first letter of the name. The system will automatically find and suggest matching options for you.

Then fill in all the information regarding your horse activities or personal details as required by the registration form. Click "Next"

You must select an option for the Alberta Bits Magazine subscription. If you don't want to subscribe to this service, please select "prefer not to receive."

If the registrant needs any additional insurance, they can select it by clicking on "add to cart."

If the registrant needs to buy a store item, please fill in the quantity first and then click on "add to cart."

Click on "Next"

The registrant can review all information selected and filled during the registration process. They can edit it before submitting. It is also possible to register multiple profiles in one registration process. For that, the registrant can click on "Complete" and add another membership. If all information is correct and ready to be completed, the registrant can click on "Continue."

Before proceeding to the cart, the registrant can choose to make a donation if they wish. This optional step can be skipped by clicking on "Proceed to Cart."

Before accessing the cart, the registrant needs to sign the waivers and agreement. Once signed, they can proceed to the cart.

To sign the document, click on the signature field and then type your full legal name. Once completed, you can proceed to the cart. After typing your full legal name, click on "I agree to the above" to confirm your agreement. Then, you can proceed to the cart.

Once on the cart, the summary of all the selected options and memberships will be displayed. The detailed prices for each item will also be shown. If the transaction was initiated by an admin and they want to proceed with an offline payment, they should select the "Offline Payment" option.

Then, fill in all the information related to the payment, including the payment option, date, and any additional details required. Make sure all necessary fields are completed before proceeding to finalize the transaction.

If the payment is being made by the user, they can enter a coupon code in the designated field to apply any applicable discounts. Once the coupon code is entered, click "Apply" to update the total amount. Make sure to review the updated price before proceeding with the payment.

To proceed with the payment, make sure to select or update the mailing address. If the registrant needs to change or confirm their address, they can do so at this step. Once the correct mailing address is selected or updated, the registrant can continue to the payment stage.

If the registrant would like to subscribe to an auto-renewal payment, they must select this option. Once the payment is completed, the system will create a subscription for this membership, and it will automatically renew for the next period without requiring further action from the registrant.

Fill in the credit card information and make sure all the details are correct and up to date before proceeding. Double-check your billing address and payment details to ensure there are no errors.

To complete the registration, click on **Submit and Complete**. The registrant will receive a confirmation notification via email, and they can find their membership information directly on their profile.
