Navigate to Programs>>English Learner and find the student

Click "Reclassification Status"

Click this button field.

Click the "Date Reclassified:" field.

Click the reason from the list

Click the Reclassification School dropdown and select school.

Click "Submit"

Student Should now show as an RFEP and there should also be Followups entered for this student as well.
