To begin, open a PowerPoint Presentation.

Click "Insert."

Click the arrow next to "Audio" to open a drop down menu.

Click "Record Audio..."

Click the red circle to start recording.

Click the red square to stop recording.

Click "Insert" to add your audio recording to your presentation.

An audio icon will appear in your presentation.
