Open the settings app.

Scroll down and tap "Control Center"

Scroll down and tap the plus icon next to "Screen Recording"

You'll now see screen recording near the top.

Swipe down from the top of your screen to get to the control center and tap the record icon.

When you're done, tap the button again to stop.
