How to Redeem a Gift Card

Navigate to the Membership Information page for the person Redeeming the gift card

Click on balance due

Click [[GIFT CARDS]]

Click "Redeem Gift Card"

Enter the Gift Card number as written on the gift card. This is a unique number that should be logged in the system, as well as on the tab of the gift card booklet

Click "REDEEM"

To confirm the gift card balance you can go back to "Membership Information"

This balance should show up as a credit on the account that can be used on the payment screen for any payment being processed in person (automatic payments do not apply)
