How to Redistribute Credit Across Channels

Navigate to the Cross-Channel Attribution report.

Under Attribution Model, select the edit icon to customize the conversion credit and revenue attributed to each channel.

Select the base attribution model that you will modify.

Use the sliders to increase or decrease the credit given to each channel. You can also fine-tune the amount of credit allocated to each channel by adding decimals in the text box. The sliders or text boxes can be treated as decimals that modify the % of conversion credit allocated to the channel. Once you let go of the slider, you will see the impact to conversions, revenue, and performance across channels. Once you've determined your optimal credit redistrubution, give the view a name and save the model. This will be available in the Cross-Channel Attribution report as an option in the Attribution Model dropdown. Note, the core attribution model will not be modified, and your foundational date is not altered.
