Click on your account name

Give your security key a nickname

Use a unique nickname that will allow you to identify a key in case you lose it.

Your browser will pop up a screen to complete setup. Use the option that will match the type of U2F or WebAuthN that you would like to use.

Insert your Security Key (any U2F key)

Press the button on your security key

Tip! If you would like to test your new MFA option. Log out of your Syncro account and follow the steps below

After typing in your username and password successfully you will now have a new MFA authentication screen. Press Authenticate to continue.

Plug in your security key and press the button on it to authenticate. If authentication is successful you will be taken to your Syncro homepage.
