Open the Patients module and Click "New registration"

Tip! Fields with the \* (Asterisk sign) are required fields. Also the next of kin's information will be required for patients under the age of 18.

Select the Patient's gender from the list provided.

Enter the patients Date of Birth following the format dd/mm/yyyy or pick from the calendar.

Select how the patient heard about your facility from the list provided.

Click "Save changes" to register the patient in the system or discard to cancel the operation.

Now Click "Dismiss" to return to the patient list. Note that the just registered patient will appear at the top of the list.
