How to Register as a Judge for the RCAF

Enter your desired username. We suggest something easy to remember like first initial and last name (ex-John Smith is "jsmith")
Enter your information, including your email.
Click "Save & Continue"
Check your email for a message from "hello@zfairs.com". You may need to check your junk or spam folder.
Click the provided link to confirm your email address.
You will now see a new page to complete your registration. While you aren't required to enter a phone number, we encourage you to do so and to sign up for important text updates for the Fair.
Select a password and confirm it.
Enter either your employer or mailing address. This is not required, but we can send you future Fair promotional materials in hard copy if you choose to enter it.
Enter your employer information. If you are retired, please enter your most recent employer and your most recent job title. Add "(retired)" next to your job title. This is how we will list you in the Fair program.
You are not required to enter a work phone number, but you may do so if you wish.
Click "Save & Continue"
Select all of the sessions you are available to judge on April 11, 2025.
If you have judged for the RCAF in past years, please check the "I have been a judge for this contest before" box. Then check the box agreeing to the conflict of interest disclosure statement.
Click "Save & Continue"
Complete the additional registration questions.
Click "Save & Continue"
At the end, you will see a summary page for your newly created account. Please check your email for a confirmation, including the spam or junk folder.
