    How to Register for HOSA's FLC and Generate an Invoice

    Navigate to [apps.hosa.org](http://apps.hosa.org)

    Sign in using your chapter number as the login and your chapter password

    Scroll down and click either the conference card for the conference you want to attend (Western or Eastern FLC)

    If you have registered members prior to registering for FLC, you can click the red plus button to add them to registration.

    Click "Register" next to the name(s) of students you want to register for the conference.

    Click "Add Options/Activities" to add a dietary restriction for any students that it applies to

    Clock the drop down menu and select the dietary restriction that applies to your student

    Once everything is correct, hit the save button. This will automatically take you back out to the conference registration section.

    If you have not registered members or if you are bringing students as non-members, click down on the Register Family/Guest/Other option

    Click the option that best represents who you are registering.

    Enter the first and last name of the student, chaperone, or other person you are registering.

    Provide their email address in the Email section

    Select their gender from the drop down on Gender

    If they have a dietary restriction, follow steps 6-8 and start by clicking "Add Options/Activities"

    Once you have entered all the information, hit the save button

    In order to see your conference invoice and check your registration summary, click "Reports"

    Click "Generate Invoice for Recent Registrations" for your invoice. Please note that this will change if you register students closer to the conference

    To also view your registration summary, click "Reports"

    Click "Registration Summary"

    Alert! You can add and delete student registrations through October 13th. After that point, there are no additions or cancellations of registration. The students and others that you see listed in the conference card are registered. There is no submit button after you save their information.
