Register for Professional Development Day 2024 in Zoom Events

Navigate to the PDD24 registration page. You can find the link on our website (https://hr.tulane.edu/pdd24), or in the invitation sent by the Office of Human Resources & Institutional Equity on 8/27.

Click the "Register" button

In the Zoom window, you MUST click the **SSO button.**
Note: If you try to type in your credentials in the login window above, you will receive an error and not be able to register.

Type "Tulane" in the company domain textbox if it does not already populate.
Click Continue.

If you're already logged in, it will take you straight to the confirmation. If not, follow the on-screen prompts to log in to your account using your single sign on username and password.

Click the "Add to Calendar" button to save the event to your calendar.

Select the appropriate calendar system.

Open the downloaded calendar invite.

Click "Accept"
View & Add Sessions to Your Itinerary

Click "Join lobby"

Click "Sessions"

View the session descriptions and more information about the speakers by clicking on the session title.

Add the session to your itinerary by clicking on the bookmark button.

You can also add sessions to your itinerary from the list of sessions by clicking the bookmark buttons there.

To view your itinerary, click the "Itinerary" tab

View your saved sessions. On 9/26, you will be able to come here to join the virtual sessions you saved.

Click "Export itinerary as ICS file" to add these specific sessions to your calendar.
