How to Remove Contacts from Workflows / Automations

    Navigate to the Contacts tab in the CRM.

    Click on the contact you want to remove.

    Scroll down to the Automation section.

    Click the x beside the workflow you want to remove the contact from.

    Confirm removal from the automation.

    Now the workflow should be under Past Automations, and that contact will no longer receive further automations.
