How to Remove Mass Communication Records by Track

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to remove mass communication records by track. By following these steps, users can easily filter and delete specific communication records for a selected track.

Vcoe

Click "Menu"

Click "Communications"

Click "Communications Management"

Click the Communication Type Drop down

Click the "Entry Date:" field.

Type "t"

Click Retrieve Communications Entries and this will retrieve all sent on this day for this communication type.

Click Track "All" under Student Selection

Click the "By Track Code" field.

Click the School /Track that you want to filter by

Click Done

Click this Retrieve Communication Entries

Select all students listed by clicking on the top box on the list.

Click the delete button

Click "OK" to confirm. This will only delete selected communication records.
