How to Remove Service Request from Watchlist?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.
Click on **"Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navgation
Click on **"Service Request"**
Click on **"Service Request Watchlist" tab**
Click on **"LOAD DATA"**
The Service Requests on Watchlist will appear, click on the **cross icon to remove a service request** from a watchlist
The **confirmation** will appear as such
One other way to **remove a service request from the watchlist :**\ Click on "**Service Request**" under "Tenant Management" dropdown on the left navigation
Search for a Service Request and click on **"View Details**" icon
When this button appears as "**Orange**", it is on the **watchlist**. Click on it again to **turn it off**, it will appear as "**Green**" to **remove** from the watchlist.
