Log in to your Facebook account and navigate to the business page.

Access the page settings: Once on the business page, click on the "Settings and privacy" tab located at the top right corner of the page.

Click "Settings"

Select "New Pages Experience" from the left-hand menu.

Then click "Page access"

Click on the 3 dots to the right of your name.

Select "Remove access."

Enter your password and click "Confirm."
It's important to note that removing yourself from a Facebook business page will only remove your personal association with the page. It does not delete the page itself or affect other people's roles and access to the page. If you are the sole admin of the page and want to completely remove it, you will need to transfer ownership or delete the page entirely, which may require additional steps.
