Log into NetVendor Maintenance (NVM) and navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app>, which is the primary dashboard for the platform.

Review the Property selector at the top of the dashboard. If the Selector shows "All", you will need to Click on the name of a specific Property by name (e.g., Yardi Place Apartments).

Once the correct property is selected in the drop-down, then click on the "Manage" menu item in the left menu bar, or navigate to <https://app.servusconnect.com/app/property> to view the selected property's detail page.

Once on the property Manage page, look for the Property Team table find all users that are currently connected to your property. Click into the "Search" field to enter the name of the user to Remove.

Type in the first name of the User that you would like to Remove. For example, type Frank and press enter.

All users with the name of Frank will be shown in the list view. Identify the user that you would like to Remove and click on the 3 dots on the far right side of the table, as shown.

The next step should be on the User Detail page for the selected User. Once you get to that page, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, as shown here.

If the selected User has any existing dependencies for this Property, a message will be shown indicating the conflict, and removal will not be allowed until the dependency is cleared up. Once the message is reviewed, click "CANCEL" to take further actions.

If the selected User happens to be an existing Default Property Manager or Default Service Professional, they will need to be changed on the Property Manage page. Click on "Manage" in the left menu.

Once on the Property Manage page, click on the pencil in order to modify the Default Property Manager or Default Service Professional settings.

Scroll down to find the selections for the Default Property Manager or Default Service Professional. Click on the correct dropdown in order to change the name away from the User that your are attempting to remove. Repeat this until your User no longer is listed as any of the Defaults.

Click "Save" to lock in the new Default settings for this property.

Repeat Steps 5 through 9 above, in order to get back to removing the desired User.

Once the Remove User dialog comes up, review the notes and determine whether you need to "Remove from just this property and keep account" or "Remove from all properties and delete account". Select the appropriate option.

Once you select the Extent of Removal option, then Click to select "Reason for Removal"

Select the most appropriate option. This will only be used for future reference and not shared outside of the NetVendor Maintenance Support Team.

The Support Team will review the Removal Request and follow up via email with any questions.
