    How to Renew a Term Package

    Click "System"

    Click "Packages"

    Click "Renew" next to the package you want to renew.

    Click "New Package" if you haven't created the package yet or use the dropdown to select a package.

    Add a name for the new package eg "Term 2"

    Update the fee if it is not the same for the new term.

    It will suggest dates for the new period, adjust the start and end date accordingly.

    Click next to the profile names that won't be coming back for the new period.

    It will cross out the name. Scroll down and select "Send Renewals"

    Give the invoices a few minutes to generate. Click "Billing"

    Click "Approve Invoices"

    Click "Confirm"

    Approve the invoices.
