Open QuickBooks and log in to your company file. Go to the "Employees" menu.

Select "Payroll Center."

Now select "File Forms."

From the list, choose "Annual Form W-2/W-3 - Wage and Tax Statement."

You can select "All Employees"

Or search by employee last name.

When you have selected, click "Ok."

A new window will open with the W-2 form. Make sure to click "automatically create an archive when I e-file or print."
