How to Request Fee Exemption for a Goods Declaration on TTBizLink

On your Dashboard, click on the "Payment" bucket to view the list of declarations where payment is pending.
Payment can only be made on declarations with Payment Status as "Pending Fee".

Click on the declaration Reference Number.

Navigate to Fee Payment Details.
To view additional details of the fee that was confirmed by the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards, navigate to Fee Details.

Select "Exempt" from the dropdown list.

Enter the additional information required. Click "Save & Submit".

The payment status is updated to "Exempt Payment to Confirm". The payment exemption request must first be confirmed by the TTBS before processing.

Click on the "Exit" button to navigate back to the dashboard.
