COA allows for an organization to accredit a newly developed program for which COA has an existing and applicable service standard through a Single Service Review. A Single Service Review is only available to COA accredited organizations. The organization must have delivered the new service for a period of at least six months at the time of the Site Visit. Of note: the accreditation of a service via a Single Service Review does not change the organization’s accreditation expiration date or affect the scope of its next reaccreditation process. The newly accredited service will be reviewed as part of the organization’s subsequent reaccreditation
