Navigate to [https://employeezone.advantech.com.tw](https://employeezone.advantech.com.tw)

Click "Work"

Click "Meeting Room"

Click this dropdown.

Select "AUK"

Click this dropdown.

Select "London Office"

Click Search.

Click on the checkbox to select your time slots.

Click on Next.

Enter the name of the meeting.

Click here.

Enter the name of the participant who will join this meeting.

Click on the name of the participant.

Click on Join.

Calculate the formula and click on Finish

The meeting room is now booked and you will get an email notification of it.
