    Welcome to the Step-By-Step Navigation for the Scheduling and Events Online Portal

    This is a click-by-click demonstration of how to navigate the event space request page

    Click "FIND A SPACE" to view all open spaces during your desired date and time.
    Click the "Event Start Date" field to enter your start date.
    Click the "Event End Date" field, to enter your end date.
    If you have multiple or reoccurring dates, you will be able to enter them in the "Additional Comments/Note" area of the details section on page 3
    Click the "Number of People" field.
    Click the "Event Start Time" field and enter your start time. The start time is the time the Event starts. Not the arrival time of your guests.
    Click the "Event End Time" field. The end time should be the time the group is exiting the room.
    Click "NEXT" at the top of the page
    Rooms will be displayed based on possible availability. Click on the room to view room capacities and amenities.
    Click red x to "CLOSE THIS PANEL"
    Click the check mark next to the room you would like to request. It is best to select multiple room locations in case your first selection is unavailable[[.]]
    Click "NEXT" to navigate to the next page of the scheduling process.
    As the requester complete your information below. Missing information will delay the processing of your request.
    Click "COMPANY INFORMATION" this is where you would enter the name of your student organization.
    Enter Student Organzation Name, please try not to use acronyms when possible.
    Click "ABOUT EVENT"
    Enter the Event Name
    Click "OTHER DETAILS" to enter more detailed information about your event.
