    How to Reset your Triton Account Password

    You must have an authentication app registered to your account to reset your password. If you do not have an app registered, you will need to contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to reset your password.
    Navigate to your Triton email account. <https://outlook.office365.com/triton.edu>
    Enter your username and click "Next".
    Click "reset it now" or "Forgot my password"
    Your email address should be prefilled in the email field. If it isn't, enter your email address here.
    Enter the text shown in the Captcha image and click "Next" ! To have the Captcha text read to you, click the speaker icon next to the image. Make sure your speakers are on and your volume is up. ! To get a new Captcha image, click the refresh icon next to the image.
    Select "I forgot my password" and click "Next"
    Open your authentication app on your phone and tap your account. If you have a different authenticator app, your steps may vary.
    Get the code for your account.
    Enter the code shown in your authenticator app and click "Next"
    Choose a new password. Enter your new password in both fields and click "Finish"
    You've successfully changed your password. Click "click here" to finish logging into your account with the new password.
