How to Reset your User's Passwords or resend the Welcome Email

From your Obbi Homepage go to "Admin"

Click "Users"

From the list of users check those who will need password reset and a new "Welcome to Obbi" email invite sent to them.

Click "Reset Password / Send Invite"

Carefully read the notifications and confirm the action with your password

Obbi will generate new user credentials for those without the valid email address and display them below - you can easily copy the details and pass on to your staff.
