How to "Restore User"

Login to <https://mm.itsacheckmate.com/>
Click "**Manage User Access**" from the navigation Sidebar
Click "**Show Archived**" to view the list of all the Archived users.
Click on "**Restore User**" icon next to the user you wish to restore.
A confirmation popup will appear. Click "**Restore User"** to confirm.
Before restoring, review the following details: - **User Profile:** Ensure the account details are correct. - **Permissions:** Confirm the permissions for the account. - **Email Preferences:** Check notification preferences. - **Brand and Location Access:** Verify the user's access to brands and locations. By default, all the settings will remain unchanged after archiving.
After reviewing, click "**Restore"** at the bottom of the page.
A success message will appear once the user is restored. Click **OK** to complete the process.
A confirmation email will be sent once the user account is successfully Restored.
